Dina Emser has provided coaching services to a wide variety of clients and their positions and challenges have also been diverse. She is most effective in helping new leaders navigate positions of leadership for which they don’t feel adequately prepared in terms of training or mentoring. Most are highly productive team members who have been successful due to a set of skills that were technical or specific to their position. They have been noticed and promoted to leadership, and then realize their previous skill set is not enough to lead effectively.
As business professionals and school leaders, they value relationships and tend to have high standards for themselves and others. They like to be productive and make a big difference in their communities. Coaching helps them prioritize so they can avoid overwhelm, build strong relationships with team members, get their important work done and still have time and energy for their families and community service. Dina helps clients live and lead by leveraging strengths, according to the values and service they hold dear.

Coaching Process.
Service: Executive Leadership Coaching
Dina Emser has developed a coaching protocol which begins with 2 strength assessments and a personality assessment.
The Package Includes:
Onboarding Call - Overview of coaching process and agreements.
Four 1-hour interactive, one-to-one coaching sessions. Topics selected by coachee with input from supervisor.
Conclusion Call - Reflect on growth. Determine next steps.
Service Dates: To be arranged. All must be completed within 4 months of the first session.
Fee: $1200.
Note: All sessions are via video conferencing or phone. Coaching content and conversations are not to be shared or discussed beyond coachee and Dina Emser unless specifically agreed.
Terms: Full payment is due prior to the first session. An invoice will be sent upon agreement with the coachee.
Additions: Additional package can be purchased or single calls can be arranged at $320 per call.
